Run programs with arguments easily w/”Open with Arguments”

Some programs allow different modes of operation via means of “Arguments”. These arguments can usually be added to programs by starting the command line mode and typing the file together with directory, and then adding the arguments at the end. This process is quite difficult and may be a waste of time.
